Thank you for your interest in our website. At Spitzschuh it is important to us to protect your personal data when it is collected, processed and used during your visit to our website.

We store your data on highly secure servers in Switzerland. The EU Commission has certified that Switzerland has a level of data protection compatible with EU law. Data transfer from the EU to Switzerland is permitted under data protection law. Only a very few authorized persons in charge of the data processing activities are permitted to access to this data.
If usage or traffic data is required to perform services, it will be stored for a maximum of six months after it is collected. If the data is required to fulfill existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (for invoices, for example), it will be stored for a longer period. However, this data is password protected and only accessible to a few authorized persons.
2. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

6. CRM (Worldsoft Business Suite) and Newsletter Data
This website uses Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) by Worldsoft AG (Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon, Switzerland).
Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) is a suite of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that can be used to organize and analyze data.
If you send us personal data when you use a web form or place an order, your data is stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG in Switzerland. The EU Commission has certified that Switzerland has a level of data protection compatible with EU law. Data transfer from the EU to Switzerland is permitted under data protection law.
We will inform you of our data protection provisions before you submit your data. By submitting your data, you agree that we may collect, process and use your personal data as permitted by law.

Newsletter Data
Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) can also be used to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.
If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require an email address or telephone number that can receive SMS, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address or telephone number you have provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Any further data that is collected is provided on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively to send the information you have requested and do not transfer it to third parties.
The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.
The data you enter into the newsletter registration form is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6 of the GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data and your email address as well as its use in sending our newsletter at any time, for example by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Any data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by the revocation.
Data Analysis by WBS
If we send newsletters using WBS, we can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked.

7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, the web analytics service developed by Alphabet’s Google. Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookie about how a website is used by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our website by users, to compile reports on the user’s activities on the website and to provide us with further services associated with the use of our website and the internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google users in European Union member states and in the European Economic Area zone. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. An IP address transmitted by a user's browser will not be merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly.
